Relative Humidity Algorithm
Calculates spatially distributed values of relative humidity by evaluating the dew point temperatures at a reference point, then interpolating those to the grid and eventually transforming them using the lapse rate to match the real topography. Gridded dewpoint temperatures are then converted to RH using the approach described in Liston et al., 2006.
